I have a KR Wilson tool #12151-N it is 1/2 in. dia. 6 9/16 long with a knurled handle it has a spring loaded plunger in it with a scale marked 14 to 30, the end has a 90 degree hook on it. If anyone knows this tool I would appreciate your knowledge. thanks

sounds like you have a spring tension gauge that is used to measure the spring pressure on the ignition points of the ford flathead engine.
